Payouts and House Edge:
A Blackjack hand pays even money, and a winning Insurance bet pays 2-1.
A Player will always win if both he and the Dealer have Blackjack, however all other tied hands will be won by the Dealer.
The House Edge of the Face Up 21 game, when played with eight decks is 0.85%.
Face Up 21 - Hints and Tips
The first thing you should do is to find a casino that offers the lowest number of decks, the more decks in play the higher the house edge, so always
remember in Blackjack the lower the number of decks the better!
We strongly recommend you get yourself a Blackjack strategy card for the game of Face Up 21 as there are lots of changes to the normal basic strategy that come into play.
One thing is important and that is to only surrender when the strategy dictates you should, as by taking surrender at the wrong time it will put you on the wrong side
of the house edge.
